Senior System Test Engineer (Construction Technology)

Location: Concordia sulla Secchia, Italy; work at a local testing facility with office, laboratory, machine, and outdoor field testing.

Salary: €50,000–€55,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications. Performance bonus: 7.5% of gross annual salary.

What you will do

• Lead system testing for construction and machine control products.
• Plan and perform bench, laboratory, machine, equipment, and outdoor field testing.
• Investigate technical issues, reproduce customer cases, and prepare verification reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, software, hardware, product, support, and global technical teams to improve product quality.
• Mentor QA and system test engineers and improve testing processes.

Requirements

• Experience in QA, system testing, software testing, engineering, surveying, or another technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical testing approach.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude, with an interest in construction, agriculture, GPS/GNSS, or 3D machine control technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Valid driving licence required.
