What you will do

• Answer incoming Medicare Supplement calls and provide agents and insured customers with accurate policy information.
• Make outgoing calls to provide or obtain information.
• Document calls, policy changes, correspondence, and related materials in online and policy-file systems.
• Process customer requests, including bank changes, cancellations, death notifications, address changes, and ID card requests.
• Transfer or refer misdirected calls and coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure accurate responses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of customer support experience.
• Strong phone-handling, active listening, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to adapt, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and dependable punctuality.
