Sales Traineeship Program / Стажер у відділ продажів

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; hybrid work with three days per week in the Kyiv office and two days remotely

Salary: 58,750 UAH gross per month during the traineeship

What you will do

• Work with key market retailers such as Metro, ATB, and Eva to understand customer and shopper needs.
• Develop recommendations for assortment, merchandising, shelving, promotions, and in-store visibility.
• Build positive relationships with customers and support key commercial activities.
• Plan and develop business while gaining practical experience in retail sales and category management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, and Product Supply.
• Develop negotiation, sales, financial, marketing, analytical, and logistical skills.

Requirements

• Currently studying in the third to sixth year of university or recently graduated; previous experience is not required.
• Upper-intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian.
• Ability to work from the Kyiv office three times per week.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude toward challenges and change.
• Evidence of achievements in academic or non-academic activities; applications should include a CV in English.
