Lead Investments Learning Consultant

Location: Toronto, Calgary, or Montreal, Canada; 3 days in the office per week, with some flexibility for a fully remote arrangement. Travel of approximately 50%–75% is required.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver consulting and coaching to financial professionals and facilitate live and virtual practice management programs.
• Build relationships with advisors, understand their needs, and improve client experiences.
• Travel to partner firms and represent the firm at industry and partner events.
• Design, update, and enhance virtual, instructor-led, and reference learning materials.
• Partner with Marketing to create training programs and support program promotion.
• Support training project administration, documentation, deliverables, and reporting.

Requirements

• BA/BS four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of financial services experience in relationship management or sales.
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication, organization, and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a regional territory, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%–75% and work under the stated office or remote arrangement.

Nice to have

• CSC, CIM, CFA, or another applicable designation.
• Coaching credentials such as CTDP, ACC, RCC, PCC, MCC, or similar.
• Spanish language proficiency.
