What you will do
- Create research plans and define appropriate timelines, scope, and methodologies.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, contextual inquiry, field studies, surveys, interviews, heuristic evaluations, focus groups, ethnography, and key-stroke level modeling.
- Analyze findings and report research data to the wider project team.
- Work with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to identify and prioritize research needs.
- Collaborate with product teams to remediate issues identified through research.
- Advocate for user research principles and support rapid iterative testing in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Experience as a usability practitioner.
- Demonstrated experience delivering user research.
- Experience developing user personas, conducting field studies or contextual inquiry, and performing usability testing.
