What you will do

• Manage day-to-day institutional client account servicing across the Greater China region.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve custodian, agreement, reporting, settlement, error, breach, and operational issues.
• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders on client meetings, training, marketing events, portfolio reviews, and asset retention initiatives.
• Coordinate portfolio review meetings and prepare presentation materials with relevant stakeholders.
• Support new client onboarding and account opening, including KYC processes.
• Drive client service initiatives, best practices, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of client service or related experience in a client-facing financial services role serving institutional clients.
• Experience in asset management client services is preferred.
• Experience collaborating across diverse cultures, multiple time zones, and cross-functional environments.
• Strong problem-solving, issue-resolution, organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are required.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the region as required.

Nice to have

• Relevant SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 licenses.
• Additional language proficiency.
