Location: Zofingen, Switzerland; site-based role

is a global contract development and manufacturing organization serving the pharmaceutical industry, with capabilities spanning API and finished dosage form development and manufacturing.
What you will do
- Support the design of data analytics models and development of management dashboards.
- Create presentations and reports for different management audiences.
- Help develop customer and product segmentation databases.
- Contribute to implementing top-line and bottom-line value drivers.
- Support profitability analysis and management decision-making across pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Master’s studies in Business Administration, Finance, Business Engineering, Business Chemistry, or Business Informatics.
- Fluent English required.
- General understanding of end-to-end business processes in process industries, particularly pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, proactive, analytical, systematic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team.
- Availability for at least three months or approximately two days per week over 6–12 months.
