Associate Specialist (Lead) Control Testers x 3 - Chief Control Office (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Lead control testing execution, including walkthroughs and design and operating effectiveness testing.
• Review testing workpapers to ensure alignment with the First Line of Defense Control Testing Methodology and quality expectations.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement throughout critical testing phases and support other testers.
• Monitor testing progress, escalate significant deficiencies and delays, and identify follow-up actions.
• Compile and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, dashboards, test results, and remediation updates.
• Work with business partners to obtain, track, and report remediation action plans and support risk initiatives.

Requirements

• College or university degree.
• Several years of risk and control experience, preferably in financial services.
• Deep understanding of control frameworks and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring others and managing multiple tasks against deadlines.

Nice to have

• Fund Accounting or Transfer Agency experience.
