What you will do

• Manage the classroom and support effective learning.
• Deliver competency-based, computer-assisted, and cooperative learning instruction.
• Maintain relevant lesson plans and create innovative, interactive training.
• Coordinate with the academic department to provide integrated learning opportunities.
• Support job placement, military, college, post-secondary education, and primary credential outcomes.
• Develop industry partnerships for work-based learning, internships, and job placement.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Ability to interpret business, professional, technical, and government materials.
• Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, and proportions.
• Certification by a union, trade organization, or national trade-certifying organization is required for National Trade Council instructors.

Nice to have

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Vocational trade certification or experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
