TL;DR
Senior ScrumMaster (Agile/DevSecOps): Facilitating Agile software development for SharePoint and .NET applications with an accent on Scrum ceremonies, requirements prioritization, sprint planning, and team mentoring. Focus on removing delivery obstacles, tracking project performance, and coordinating epics, features, backlogs, demos, and testing in a security-cleared environment.
Location: Fort Belvoir, Virginia, United States; onsite role

What you will do
- Facilitate daily Scrum events, stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and product or system testing.
- Apply Agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver software solutions.
- Train, mentor, and support Scrum teams while maintaining focus and removing delivery obstacles.
- Work with Requirements Engineers and business stakeholders to review requirements and prioritize features.
- Define epics, features, backlog items, estimated effort, work-in-progress limits, and sprint task limits.
- Monitor project progress and performance against agreed project plans.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph is required.
- Ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearances.
- Five years of experience working with software developers and customers to scope projects, estimate effort, evaluate requirements, and create applications for Microsoft SharePoint and IIS using the Microsoft .NET Framework.
- Five years of experience with the SDLC and Agile processes.
- Three years of experience mentoring junior personnel on practices and procedures.
Nice to have
- Certified ScrumMaster certification or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a DevSecOps environment.
