CT Tech - PRN - Odessa, TX (CT/MRI)

What you will do

• Perform ordered CT and MRI procedures while maintaining high technical and image quality.
• Advise physicians on the appropriateness of additional or modified imaging studies.
• Prepare and support patients during examinations, including escorting and assisting with dressings when needed.
• Complete imaging documentation, procedure logs, paperwork, and film requests or releases.
• Apply patient and employee safety standards, including protection from ionizing radiation.
• Perform daily equipment quality control, report malfunctions, and coordinate preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited school.
• At least three years of experience as a CT/MRI Technologist for Level 1; five years for Level 2 and seven years for Senior level.
• Registered radiologic technologist certification through ARRT.
• Current IV and CPR certifications.
• Ability to work directly with patients, handle equipment, and lift or push patients and items as required in a clinic environment.
