Focus on commissioning new hospital parking facilities, improving parking systems, coordinating stakeholders, and reporting operational and financial performance.
Location: Onsite in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada and provide eligibility documentation.
Compensation: CA$75,000–CA$85,000 per year.

What you will do
- Oversee daily parking operations during the transition from the old St. Paul’s Hospital parkade to the New St. Paul’s Hospital facilities.
- Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate parking policies, procedures, standards, and patient parking programs.
- Manage parking contracts, leases, operating agreements, vendors, contractor performance, and service KPIs.
- Support feasibility studies, facility planning, construction, renovation, expansion, and commissioning of parking capital projects.
- Evaluate parking technologies and software, recommend automation and system improvements, and maintain financial controls.
- Lead staff coordination and stakeholder relationships with Providence Health Care, health authorities, municipalities, vendors, consultants, and external agencies.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Five years of recent related experience in parking operations, transportation demand management, or similar services in a large institutional, healthcare, campus, or complex multi-site environment.
- At least one year of supervisory, leadership, or management experience.
- Knowledge of parking operations, parking administration, transportation demand management, applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Experience with parking management systems, databases, and technology solutions.
- Valid driver’s license, successful background check, and authorization to work in Canada are required.
