Developer (Next.js)

Location: Remote from South Africa; working hours are 9–5 EST, with an optional schedule.

What you will do

• Build and ship features in the client portal for lead tracking, call attribution, and client reporting.
• Own features end to end, from PostgreSQL schema design and migrations through the UI and production.
• Build software factories, data factories, second brains, and agents that support fulfillment.
• Own integrations with Google Ads, Twilio, Zapier, and the public API.
• Manage deployments, migrations, monitoring, live debugging, and incident write-ups.
• Document changes through change logs, handoffs, and incident reports.

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript and React experience, including Next.js App Router.
• Solid SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge, including schema migrations.
• Experience owning a production web application, including deploys, live debugging, and security basics.
• Daily experience building and shipping with AI agents and agentic development workflows.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, async environment.
• Willingness to make small, verified changes and take production responsibility.

Nice to have

• Experience with Drizzle ORM, Supabase, Vercel, or Clerk.
• Google Ads API, Local Services Ads, or call-tracking experience.
• Twilio voice and SMS, including A2P 10DLC.
• Vitest, Playwright, or k6 load-testing experience.
• Experience with multi-agent pipelines, RAG, second brains, LLM evaluations, CI/CD, infrastructure, or observability.
