TL;DR
Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering (.NET) (.NET/Semiconductor Automation): Troubleshooting and enhancing deployed software while developing applications for semiconductor equipment with an accent on C#/.NET desktop development, WPF, and application reliability. Focus on monitoring performance and availability, responding to emergencies, managing changes, and resolving issues during customer-site installations across Asia.
Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; travel to customer sites in Asia is required
Salary: NT$1,629,503.39–NT$2,204,622.23 TWD

What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployed software.
- Monitor application performance and availability, respond to emergencies, and manage changes.
- Develop new software modules and enhance existing applications.
- Design and develop software for semiconductor equipment.
- Travel to customer sites in Asia for installations and onsite troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry and knowledge of SEMI standards.
- Advanced C#/.NET, WPF, design patterns, and object-oriented programming skills.
- Intermediate SQL and LINQ skills; experience with Visual Studio 2019, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Good English language skills and availability for customer-site travel in Asia.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum.
- Experience with NHibernate, NUnit, or Spring Framework.
