EMEA Business Pursuit Manager / Robotics M/F/D (Robotics): Developing strategic partnerships and new business opportunities across the European robotics and battery energy storage systems industries with an accent on customer requirements, partnership negotiations, and growth strategy. Focus on generating RFQs and business awards, coordinating cross-functional pursuit activities, and managing multiple development initiatives while travelling approximately 20%.

What you will do
- Develop a five-year strategic growth and development plan aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and create partnerships and business opportunities in robotics and battery energy storage systems across Europe.
- Negotiate and finalize new business and partnership agreements to support expansion and market penetration.
- Understand customer requirements and oversee cross-functional teams throughout quoting, development, and execution.
- Develop customer pursuit strategies, generate RFQs, and support business awards.
- Allocate resources across simultaneous initiatives and prioritize activities based on profitable growth potential.
Requirements
- Established industry connections with major robotics and/or battery energy storage system manufacturers.
- At least five years of sales experience in the relevant industry.
- Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and business skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities independently with minimal oversight and a strong drive to win new contracts.
- Fluent German and English required.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
