EMEA Business Pursuit Manager (Aero / Defense)

What you will do

• Develop a five-year strategic growth and development plan aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and create new partnerships and business opportunities across the European aerospace and defense industry.
• Negotiate and finalize new business and partnership agreements to support expansion and market penetration.
• Understand customer requirements and oversee cross-functional teams to maintain customer expectations and relationships.
• Guide quote, development, and execution phases to achieve pursuit commitments and secure new RFQs and business awards.
• Develop customer pursuit strategies, achieve growth targets, and prioritize multiple initiatives based on profitable growth potential.

Requirements

• Established industry connections at major aerospace and defense manufacturers.
• Knowledge of the aerospace and defense manufacturing industry.
• At least five years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and business skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple activities, and pursue new contracts with a strong hunter mentality.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is desirable. Willingness to travel approximately 20% required.
