Project Support Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate calendars, evaluations, contractors, and qualified evaluators.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, visitors, and internal staff.
• Maintain files, databases, records, invoices, receipts, expenses, and evaluator timesheets.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, equipment, meeting rooms, schedules, and security clearance for visitors.
• Provide administrative support, enter data, respond to requests, and resolve operational issues.
• Proctor examinations by verifying identities, monitoring students, protecting confidential materials, and enforcing testing procedures.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency with office software, databases, and business management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing needs.
• Customer service skills and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Prior supervisory or monitoring experience and familiarity with educational testing procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to remain composed, enforce protocols, and handle conflicts.
