hirify.global operates through Banohirify.global, a Middle Eastern food ingredients joint venture serving bakers, pastry chefs, and chocolatiers.

What you will do

  • Support procurement strategy planning and monitor the day-to-day procurement cycle.
  • Analyze stock movement, verify inventory levels, and identify purchasing needs to prevent stock gaps.
  • Review requisitions, proformas, and quotations; issue and maintain accurate purchase orders and related documentation.
  • Coordinate suppliers, shipments, insurance, material specifications, and order status updates.
  • Review customs documentation and resolve discrepancies with shipping agencies to support timely clearance.
  • Provide certificates of analysis and technical data sheets, and ensure special orders are recorded in the ERP system.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in stock management or goods purchasing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Fluent English and Arabic required.
  • Knowledge of procurement cycles, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare accurate reports, multitask, work under stress, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Logistics.
  • French language skills.
