Base salary: $136,800–$152,000 annually

What you will do
- Provide clinical quality oversight and administrative supervision to pediatric vIOP therapists and behavioral care managers.
- Train, mentor, consult with, and support the recruitment and onboarding of clinical staff.
- Review clinical quality, productivity, treatment-model adherence, client feedback, and team performance metrics.
- Lead individual check-ins, consultation meetings, quality improvement initiatives, specialty consultations, and quality assurance reviews.
- Support Psych Urgent Care appointments and provide coverage for individual and group vIOP sessions as needed.
- Maintain a small client caseload while supporting care for young people ages 7 to 25 with high-acuity mental health needs.
Requirements
- PhD, PsyD, or an accredited clinical-track master's degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a related field.
- Current unrestricted license to practice in the United States and full-time US residency are required.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses or PSYPACT authorization as the program grows.
- At least 5 years of postgraduate clinical experience, including experience in high-acuity settings such as IOP, PHP, or residential care.
- At least 3 years of clinical supervision and evidence-based therapy training experience, plus at least 1 year managing licensed independent providers and behavioral care managers.
- Expertise in CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, TF-CBT, measurement-based care, video therapy, severe and co-occurring diagnoses, and culturally responsive care.
