Part-Time Staff Pharmacist

Location: North Bay Area, Ontario, Canada; on-site

Salary: CAD $65–$70 per hour; approximately CAD $87,880–$94,640 annualized at 26 hours per week

hirify.global operates a busy community pharmacy serving an established patient base and processing approximately 1,700 prescriptions per week.

What you will do

• Verify prescriptions and dispense medications in a high-volume community pharmacy.
• Provide medication counselling, patient education, medication reviews, and clinical assessments.
• Deliver minor ailment services, injections, and vaccinations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and support patients with medication-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the Kroll pharmacy system.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality pharmacy care while working independently with two support staff.

Requirements

• Active registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists required.
• Injection certification and minor ailment certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in a busy pharmacy environment.
• Comfort working with blister packaging and high prescription volume.
• Availability for full Monday and Wednesday shifts and alternating weekends.

Nice to have

• Community pharmacy experience.
• Experience with Kroll.
