Location: Prague, Czechia, Europe; office-based

What you will do

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ad hoc management analyses.
  • Prepare and review documentation supporting accounting entries.
  • Collaborate with accounting, royalties, and physical and digital sales teams.
  • Support the setup and development of accounting and reporting systems.
  • Improve reporting tools, controlling processes, and financial analyses.

Requirements

  • University degree in economics or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar finance role.
  • Good knowledge of Czech accounting; IFRS knowledge is an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including work with large data sets.
  • Experience with SAP financial systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent Czech and professional fluency in English, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
