Salary: $115,469–$164,955 per year

What you will do
- Supervise structural engineers, EITs, and designers with varying levels of experience.
- Lead staffing, project proposals, recruiting, mentoring, and staff development with other business class leaders.
- Serve as design lead or engineering project manager for key structural projects.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop designs and advance projects.
- Coordinate structural design through development and contract document phases, including calculations, specifications, material selection, and document reviews.
- Lead code-compliance reviews, site visits, work sessions, and construction administration activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of professional experience.
- Professional registration, license, or certification may be required for the role.
- Strong communication, listening, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and contribute actively to an employee-owned culture.
- Preference is given to local candidates for the St. Louis Park, Minnesota office.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis.
