Electrical Engineer

What you will do

• Develop electrical solutions with the Lead Electrical Engineer and customers to define and confirm project scope.
• Gather equipment specifications and requirements for building integration.
• Resolve cable and conduit sizing in accordance with the National Electrical Code and available equipment space.
• Establish point-to-point wiring requirements and wiring schedules with OEM customers.
• Collaborate on final drawing approval and verify customer-supplied equipment upon receipt.
• Coordinate or perform Factory Acceptance Testing, distribute action items, and support issue resolution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of electrical field experience preferred.
• Experience with low- or medium-voltage switchgear, factory acceptance testing, and electrical testing of power distribution systems.
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code.
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
• Expertise in multi-conductor control wiring and optical patch cable specification.
• Safety-focused approach to production-environment acceptance testing.
