What you will do

• Lead one or more cross-functional program teams from Phase 1 through Phase 3, approval, and launch.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for the BTK Program Global Development Team and drive decisions through governance forums.
• Set portfolio direction and execute clinical development strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Develop clinical development plans, oversee protocols, and provide medical oversight for ongoing trials, including safety and activity reviews.
• Oversee clinical operations staff and CROs, and support regulatory activities including INDs and NDA/MAAs.
• Present clinical data to executive leaders and internal and external medical audiences.

Requirements

• MD degree and board certification, preferably in hematology/oncology.
• At least 10 years of pharmaceutical-industry clinical trial experience, including Phase 3 planning and execution.
• Experience in clinical trial design or execution and clinical development leadership.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and collaborate across functions.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on, resourceful approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in highly productive, collaborative settings.
