Trims Manager

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement of trims and packaging for buying and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with garment factories, trim suppliers, and overseas vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, and supplier agreements.
• Develop and standardize Trim Manuals, quality guidelines, and supplier compliance frameworks.
• Build and maintain physical and digital trim libraries to support design and procurement workflows.
• Partner with QC, Compliance, Buying, Sourcing, and Marketing teams to forecast demand, test materials, and improve supplier performance.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in trim operations, trim sourcing, procurement, or product development in a fast-fashion environment.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers, managing vendors, and handling contracts in the apparel or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of global trim manufacturing, physical testing standards, and compliance regulations.
• Experience creating and maintaining Trim Manuals and centralized resource libraries.
• Cross-functional management experience with Procurement and Quality Control teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and process-improvement skills, with knowledge of high-volume apparel production timelines.
