Carrier Services Representative (Logistics)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Mesa, AZ office, combining in-office and remote work

What you will do

• Respond to daily carrier calls and emails about load status and shipment issues.
• Monitor delayed loads and proactively obtain updates to support timely and safe delivery.
• Research carrier concerns, review correspondence, and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
• Document carrier interactions and load updates accurately in company systems.
• Help carriers learn to manage and update their loads independently.
• Escalate complex issues and assist with monitoring team workflows and load-note documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, or a related support role.
• Professional phone and email communication experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, independent problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and vendors.

Nice to have

• Auction or vehicle transportation industry experience.
• Experience with carrier or logistics management systems.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
