Retail Media Senior Manager

What you will do

• Lead retail media strategy across key client accounts and connect campaign plans to business goals.
• Guide campaign direction across Amazon, Walmart Connect, Instacart, and other retail media platforms.
• Lead client conversations, present recommendations, and clarify complex strategic decisions.
• Oversee forecasting, pacing, budget allocation, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Partner with retail operations, creative, analytics, and media teams to deliver measurable programs.
• Coach team members and support their professional growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in retail media, digital media, or marketplace advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience developing retail media strategies across Amazon, Walmart Connect, and Instacart.
• Experience leading client relationships and translating performance data into recommendations.
• Strong forecasting, budget management, reporting, and performance analysis skills.
• Comfort using Velocity, Excel, and SQL for analysis, planning, and decision-making.
