What you will do

• Work with strategic clients to help them use data to drive action.
• Support the development and deployment of AI initiatives.
• Provide technical solutioning for generative AI projects.
• Participate in code reviews and solutioning sessions with data scientists, AI engineers, software engineers, and other technical specialists.
• Lead cross-functional projects and enable collaboration across artificial intelligence and hirify.global.
• Stay current with the latest AI tools and features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with data science, artificial intelligence, and large language models.
• Object-oriented programming experience and working knowledge of Databricks.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical role with project leadership experience; candidates with a master’s degree may qualify with 2 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Python, R, SQL, Domo, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project/time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in integrated marketing, digital agencies, marketing services, or consulting environments.
• Master’s degree.
