Focus on optimizing dynamic video ads and 3D animations across platforms, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining high visual quality.
Location: On-site in Kraków, Poland, Monday through Friday

What you will do
- Design cinematic-quality animated cityscapes, maps, and character movements.
- Create promotional materials for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Develop gameplay animations integrated with real-time geolocation data.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to strengthen the game's visual identity.
- Optimize animations and videos for different platforms and performance requirements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial industry experience as a self-reliant motion design specialist.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- A diverse portfolio of high-quality motion design projects.
- Experience creating and optimizing dynamic video ads, VFX, and 3D animations for professional campaigns.
- Ability to execute briefs, communicate progress to stakeholders, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max.
- Gaming or mobile application experience.
- Passion for gaming and storytelling through animation.
