Senior Supervisor, Brand Communications

What you will do

• Develop and execute brand communication plans aligned with the global go-to-market strategy and optimized for Japan.
• Coordinate with global marketing, product, and other internal teams to adapt messaging for the Japanese market.
• Plan product-launch communication initiatives and produce press releases and creative content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels.
• Manage influencer and celebrity partnerships and build relationships with media, customers, agents, and industry organizations.
• Select and manage advertising, PR, and other external agencies to develop creative brand and product campaigns.
• Support efficient team operations and foster talent development.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, FMCG, sports, or an equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of golf equipment, golf technology, and tour activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English are required.
• Ability to identify consumer needs and understand competitor strategies, consumer behavior, and industry insights.
• Understanding of adjacent functions including product, sales, supply chain, and finance.

Nice to have

• Golf-related professional experience.
• Familiarity with coaching practices and 3+ years of talent development experience.
