Location: On-site in Munich, Germany
Compensation: €65,000–€130,000 per year (base + variable) + 0.5–1% equity

is an early-stage AI SaaS company building an enterprise content platform for AI-driven discovery.
What you will do
- Support and own parts of the sales process from prospecting to closing enterprise deals.
- Work directly with the CEO on strategic and operational business priorities.
- Contribute to go-to-market initiatives including content, positioning, and outreach.
- Build and iterate on internal tools, workflows, and web assets using AI-assisted development.
- Take on cross-functional responsibilities to shape processes and team culture.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of full-time work experience in a consultancy, agency, or startup.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Proven track record of independently building a product, startup, or community.
- Must have existing right to work in Germany (visa sponsorship is not available).
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with CMS and design tools such as Framer, Webflow, or Figma.
