What you will do

• Support landscape design and planning projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, technicians, and other project team members.
• Review technicians’ work and provide feedback and direction.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and manage work with increasing independence.
• Identify project challenges, propose practical solutions, and contribute creative ideas.
• Communicate project needs proactively and manage priorities to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Approximately one year of experience in landscape design, planning, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, peers, and technical staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks and consistently meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop professional skills.
• Emerging ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
