What you will do

• Develop accurate landscape designs, plans, and supporting project documents with minimal revisions.
• Evaluate design, planning, and policy options and recommend practical solutions aligned with project goals.
• Communicate design decisions and technical information through reports, presentations, drawings, and other deliverables.
• Own assigned project responsibilities, manage tasks independently, and meet schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, consultants, project managers, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Mentor junior staff, review work, and help improve quality, efficiency, and consistency.

Requirements

• Approximately two years of professional experience in landscape design, planning, or a related field.
• Proficiency with software used for landscape design, planning, drafting, documentation, and presentations.
• Ability to independently produce high-quality designs, plans, and project deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to present design recommendations and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage responsibilities independently and provide design or technical guidance to junior staff.
