Machine Learning Engineer Graduate (Risk & Integrity) - 2027 Start

Location: Seattle, United States; fully in-person up to 5 days per week

Salary: $100,320–$177,840 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Design algorithmic architecture and governance for account integrity, incentive abuse, content safety, and financial risk.
• Build risk representation models using video, livestream, audio, behavioral sequence, and social graph data.
• Research and counter large-scale automated attacks, harmful AIGC, data drift, and rapidly changing adversarial tactics.
• Develop self-evolving defense systems for a large-scale internet ecosystem.
• Integrate generative AI, LLMs, and multimodal technologies into risk detection, adjudication, interpretability, and enforcement.

Requirements

• Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, including practical use of Transformer and GNN architectures.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, C++, or Go.
• Familiarity with distributed computing such as Spark or Flink and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Ability to design model evaluation systems balancing technical performance with product goals and communicate effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
• Available to onboard by the end of 2027 and able to work in person in Seattle.

Nice to have

• Experience building LLM-based agents with task planning, tool use, or autonomous decision-making.
• Experience with LLM post-training or fine-tuning, including SFT, RLVR, or RLHF.
• Video understanding or multimodal representation experience combining visual, audio, and textual features.
• Experience in integrity, anti-abuse, safety, or trustworthy AI at a large-scale internet platform.
