What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, labels, management teams, agents, and other industry contacts.
• Advise labels on digital release best practices, metadata requirements, approvals, and updates.
• Develop and execute release and catalog strategies with labels and internal teams.
• Manage the distribution lifecycle for audio and video products, from submission and ingestion through delivery, claims, monetization, and rights conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with finance, marketing, legal, sales, manufacturing, inventory, design, and global retail teams.
• Use marketing and analytics tools to interpret performance data, support strategic decisions, and optimize campaigns and label engagement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in music partnership management.
• Proven experience managing labels and strong knowledge of the music industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and business skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, financial considerations, and budgets.
• Proficient in Spanish and English.
• Passion for music, live shows, new music discovery, and industry trends.
