Back Office Administrator (AI) (Treaty Underwriting Data): Analyzing, consolidating, cleansing, and ingesting client risk and costing data into Swiss Re systems with an accent on large datasets, data accuracy, and semi-automated workflows. Focus on creating AI prompts, increasing process automation, and integrating underwriting data for analytical purposes.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work
Salary: EUR 1,400–2,300 per month for a full-time role, plus potential performance-based rewards and benefits.

What you will do
- Analyze, consolidate, and cleanse treaty underwriting and costing data from clients.
- Prepare and ingest client loss data, premiums, risk profiles, and related information into ’s core systems.
- Improve semi-automated data submission workflows and increase automation through technology-based solutions.
- Create prompts and use AI-supported tools to reduce manual work and improve processing efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product Underwriters, Client Underwriters, and Actuaries to ensure accurate data processing and integration.
- Develop expertise in the end-to-end data ingestion process and promote best practices in data management.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and experience handling large datasets and complex data processes.
- Tech-savvy approach, including the ability to work with AI tools and engineer prompts for automation solutions.
- Advanced or expert-level proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Degree in natural sciences or a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
- Experience or knowledge in Property & Casualty reinsurance.
- Experience with modeling or previous Property & Casualty underwriting roles.
- Knowledge of an additional European language.
