Commerce Retail Marketplace Lead (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead catalog and product detail page optimization across brand portfolios or client categories.
• Design scalable listing frameworks based on marketplace SEO, UX best practices, and conversion drivers.
• Manage promotional planning and align PDP content, pricing, and inventory with sales-channel timelines.
• Partner with clients, media, and creative teams to deliver strategic catalog upgrades and launch-ready PDPs.
• Identify systemic listing and promotion issues and create remediation playbooks.
• Guide junior team members and monitor campaign pacing, spend, and KPI performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, retail operations, or digital marketing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Amazon and Walmart retail media ecosystems and best practices.
• Experience with catalog architecture, SEO-focused enhancements, event-based promotions, and evergreen programs.
• Deep knowledge of Seller Central and Vendor Central content workflows.
• Experience with Velocity or similar content-scoring tools, Excel, and Looker or Looker Studio dashboards.
