Quality Technician II - Medical

What you will do

• Inspect, document, and release purchased parts and materials upon receipt.
• Support the nonconforming-material process for defective parts.
• Perform manufacturing line clearance to verify parts and equipment before assembly.
• Review Device History Records for medical devices.
• Assist with in-process nonconformance and complaint reviews.
• Collaborate daily with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, assemblers, and management.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of quality inspection experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and understand technical reports and specifications and communicate clearly.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, trustworthy, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods, work at a computer, and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of inspection techniques and Quality Systems.
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485.
• Experience with SAP.
• College-level coursework toward an associate or bachelor’s degree.
