TL;DR
Delivery Manager IT Operations (IT Operations): Ensuring reliable delivery of IT services in collaboration with IT Operations, cross-functional teams, and external vendors with an accent on Agile transformation, stakeholder coordination, and service commitments. Focus on managing delivery risks and dependencies, negotiating scope and budgets, removing obstacles, and improving product-team ways of working.
Location: In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland; relocation is required.
Salary: 19,200–26,400 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver successive IT service iterations in line with business priorities.
- Negotiate priorities, scope, feasibility, timelines, service budgets, and cooperation terms with Product Owners, teams, and external partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and maintain clear communication among stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project, organizational, technical, and budget risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Remove delivery obstacles and support teams in self-organizing their work.
- Drive Agile transformation and manage vendor commitments, SLAs, contractual documentation, and follow-through.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in project delivery, Agile team leadership, or IT operations.
- At least 3 years coordinating teams, managing stakeholders, and cooperating with external vendors.
- At least 4 years of project management and team coordination in cross-functional, cross-skilled product teams.
- Strong practical knowledge of Agile methods and experience transforming and developing teams.
- Experience with Jira, negotiation, external company cooperation, and technical environments.
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken, are required.
