Multi-Asset Portfolio Manager

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid schedule with up to one day per week from home

Base salary: $175,000–$275,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills. Discretionary bonus eligibility may apply.

What you will do

• Co-manage multi-asset model portfolios across risk profiles, objectives, tax considerations, and wealth management use cases.
• Formulate strategic and tactical asset allocation decisions across global equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and diversifying exposures.
• Contribute to portfolio design, investment selection, rebalancing, implementation of investment views, and risk oversight.
• Design and manage custom model portfolios aligned with client objectives, constraints, tax considerations, and implementation requirements.
• Develop scalable model construction and rebalancing frameworks in partnership with product and distribution teams.
• Communicate portfolio positioning, market views, investment rationale, and performance drivers through reviews, webinars, presentations, and written materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant investment experience focused on multi-asset strategies.
• Advanced degree or credential such as CFA or MBA.
• Strong portfolio management, analytical, communication, and project leadership skills.
• Experience with model portfolio delivery, custom model design, and wealth management implementation.
• FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
