Technical Writer

hirify.global is expanding its team and seeking a Technical Writer.

Overview

You will be creating and maintaining technical documentation, working closely with various teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.

What you will do

• Create and maintain user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and glossaries.
• Develop and update API documentation and configuration file descriptions.
• Produce release notes and microcopy.
• Collaborate with writers, integration managers, developers, and other teams.
• Mentor other technical writers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical documentation.
• Proven experience in writing user guides.
• Excellent knowledge of style guides.
• At least one year of experience in API writing.
• English: C1 and higher
• Russian: C1 and higher
• Experience with Git and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience writing for gambling or fintech domains.
• Ability to understand programming languages.
