Atlassian Engineer

hirify.global is hiring a Middle Atlassian Engineer to join our Atlassian Team within the IT Department.

Overview

You’ll take full ownership of our Atlassian ecosystem—Jira, Confluence, and Opsgenie. You’ll work closely with technical and business teams to build scalable solutions, automate complex workflows, and optimize enterprise-wide usage of Atlassian tools.

What you will do

• Administer and manage Atlassian products.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of all Atlassian environments.
• Automate routine tasks and processes.
• Participate in the design and implementation of integrations between Atlassian products and third-party systems.
• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Atlassian products and associated plugins.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align tooling capabilities with business needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Opsgenie (Data Center / Server).
• Experience working in enterprise environments with 1000+ users.
• Proven experience in managing complex Jira workflows, permissions, reporting, and customizations.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting, REST APIs, and automation within Atlassian products.
• Understanding of JQL and SQL for advanced querying and reporting.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1+) and native-level Russian.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian migrations (e.g., Server to Cloud).
• Atlassian certification ACP-100.
