Director of Growth Ventures (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Tel Aviv District, Israel

What you will do

• Partner with the Co-Founder to create, launch, and scale zero-to-one growth ventures and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on experiments using technical skills, modern growth tooling, and lightweight solutions.
• Identify untapped market opportunities, emerging platforms, novel growth loops, and alternative acquisition channels.
• Analyze experiment outcomes and build tracking mechanisms to evaluate performance.
• Use product and marketing analytics to validate unit economics and long-term viability.
• Build and lead a dedicated team as successful ventures are validated and scaled.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading growth strategy, innovation, or venture building in fast-paced technology companies or venture-backed startups.
• Hands-on experience with AI systems, autonomous AI agents, LLM integrations, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Strong technical fluency, including working knowledge of web frameworks, APIs, automation platforms such as Make or Zapier, SQL, or scripting.
• Ability to build and deploy solutions independently without relying on core engineering resources.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high agency, adaptability, and a bias for action in ambiguous startup-like environments.
• Ability to combine creative growth ideas with analytical modeling and hypothesis testing.
