Outside Sales Support Specialist

Location: Danville, Illinois, United States — onsite at a retail shop

Salary: $25 per hour plus bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Support account managers and the sales force through phone and email communication, customer care, and accurate quote preparation.
• Process orders, establish new accounts, and maintain accurate customer and pricing data in company systems.
• Translate sales data, margin analysis, and usage reports into actionable insights using SAP and BW.
• Manage special pricing requests, contract reviews, PSA administration, and sales deal pricing in PAW and PROS.
• Prepare business reviews and performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve account pricing efficiency.
• Resolve customer pricing inquiries and support customer transitions to hirify.global.com with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience with SAP order-entry software.
