Investment Analyst (suitable for fresh graduates) (Investment Operations): Supporting the trade life cycle of financial products and reconciling Swiss Re investment accounts with an accent on daily cash and position controls, investment activity reporting, and stakeholder communication. Focus on investigating outstanding reconciliation items, resolving operational breaks, supporting audits, and improving investment operations processes.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work
Base salary: €1,400–€2,400 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do
- Execute daily cash and position reconciliations for investment accounts.
- Monitor, investigate, resolve, and report outstanding reconciliation items.
- Report investment activity to Finance.
- Participate in operational initiatives and projects.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and support audits.
- Suggest improvements to enhance processes and tasks.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of investments and strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to learn, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong teamwork skills and a can-do attitude.
