TL;DR
Internship – Non-Financial Risk AI Agent Developer (AI): Designing, building, and testing intelligent agents and automation solutions for non-financial risk identification, monitoring, and reporting with an accent on AI/LLM frameworks, data analysis, and Microsoft Co-Pilot. Focus on prototyping agent-based solutions, processing structured and unstructured risk data, and presenting recommendations to risk and management stakeholders.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working. During the internship, enrollment at a Dutch university is mandatory, or at an EU university for EU passport holders.
Internship allowance: €700 based on a 36-hour work week.

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and validate agent-based solutions for Non-Financial Risk processes using Microsoft Co-Pilot.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data related to IT risk, operational risk, cyber security, fraud management, and operational resilience.
- Translate business problems into data-driven automation and AI solutions.
- Research developments in AI agents and data science, and support AI knowledge or training sessions.
- Collaborate with risk experts, IT teams, and stakeholders, presenting demos, outcomes, and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Master's student in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with machine learning, data analysis, or AI/LLM frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot, prompt engineering, and building agents.
- Interest in risk management, banking, or regulated environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Availability for a minimum six-month graduate internship in Amsterdam and mandatory enrollment at a Dutch or eligible EU university.
