Location: Warsaw office with hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Salary: 37,000–47,167 PLN gross monthly (Contract of Employment, UoP)

Overview

Join the founding SRE team in Warsaw to build reliable, distributed systems and shape Asana’s incident management and infrastructure reliability practices. Collaborate globally with teams in San Francisco and Reykjavik.

What you will do

• Lead reliability-focused projects and define incident management processes.
• Build internal platforms to improve service reliability.
• Participate in a sustainable on-call rotation across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance infrastructure engineering.

Requirements

• Location: Warsaw office with hybrid schedule
• English: B2 level or higher
• Strong software engineering skills with focus on reliability and scalability.
• Experience or strong interest in SRE and infrastructure at scale.
• Curiosity and initiative to work in ambiguous, evolving environments.

• Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies.
