Location: Based in Dublin, Ireland with a hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the office).

Compensation: €37,600 - €45,600 base salary, plus equity and sales incentive pay.

Overview

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative on the EMEA Sales team, you will engage with existing and new Asana users, using outreach emails, phone calls, and social media to generate qualified sales opportunities for Corporate and Enterprise sales teams across EMEA. This role provides an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales within a product-centric team.

What you will do

  • Educate new and existing free Asana users about the value of Premium, Business, and Enterprise products.
  • Maintain active engagement with prospects using creative follow-up communication.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications efficiently.
  • Work inbound sales leads, using them as a platform to navigate into other parts of prospective companies.
  • Conduct qualification meetings with new customers.
  • Ensure a seamless hand-off of appointments to the respective sales team and update prospect information in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Eager to acquire knowledge and advance a career in Software Sales (SaaS).
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or experience in inbound/outbound sales development.
  • Effective communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to integrity.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to improve processes and achieve results.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in an additional language.
  • Enthusiasm about technology and a willingness to share this passion with others.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
