Motion Designer (Performance)

Location: In-person work from the Stockholm office

What you will do

• Create high-quality paid social ads that meet performance KPIs and support testing and scaling.
• Edit UGC and creator footage, combine it with motion graphics, and deliver assets for vertical video, static, and carousel formats.
• Build multiple creative variations for each concept to support the testing engine.
• Work with creative strategists to turn performance insights into new creative concepts and iterations.
• Track social media trends to keep advertising content relevant and competitive.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in motion design and video editing for social and performance marketing.
• A portfolio of paid social work demonstrating results.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects.
• Understanding of marketing metrics and experience developing hypotheses and running A/B tests.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain creative decisions to teammates and stakeholders.
• Ability to execute quickly without compromising quality.
