Lead Fashion Designer Apparel (Fashion/Lifestyle): Leading the end-to-end apparel design process from concept ideation and seasonal direction through final product realization with an accent on silhouettes, patterns, materials, and commercially relevant collections. Focus on integrating sustainable materials and new technologies, coordinating cross-functional product development, and resolving design and production challenges through sampling and manufacturing.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end apparel design process from concept ideation and seasonal direction to final product realization.
  • Translate fashion trends, consumer insights, and brand DNA into innovative, commercially relevant collections.
  • Develop silhouettes, patterns, color stories, trims, graphics, and other design elements.
  • Lead material selection, innovation, testing, and supplier and mill relationships, including sustainable material development.
  • Coordinate design calendars, deliverables, and milestones across multiple product categories.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Softgoods Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to resolve design and production challenges and deliver products on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in apparel design, product creation, or design management within fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle.
  • Experience managing the design process from ideation through production readiness.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, construction, pattern making, and silhouette development.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, Photoshop, and PLM systems, as well as design project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
